Excel Import shows blank data

I actually imported one of the sheets from a multi-sheet excel file. When I moved the next sheet to the 'front' of the excel file, and saved it as a new file name, every time I try to import it, the data shown in the import is blank. I can't even import the original sheet, either.

I have tried clearing the clipboard (when I was trying to use copy and paste).

I have tried logging off Smartsheet, and back in.

I have tried deleting the originally imported sheet.

Anyone have any ideas?

It doesn't even let me click on the header row. :(

Thank you. At least I was able to copy/paste from excel. I just discovered I had to do it in less than 82 rows!

It actually happened once before, and exiting and restarting Smartsheet fixed it. I couldn't get that to work yesterday. Maybe it's working again now. But I won't know until next week.
