Email threads to commments

Hi,

We are using smartsheets for a partnership engagement process. I am wondering if there is anyway to communicate with partner's through email and have their emails sync to the smartsheets comments? We don't want our partners to have to acquire a license.

Depending on what you need your partners to do, it doesn't seem like they need a license.

What do you need them to be able to do?

Hi, we would just need them to provide additional information/documentation when needed. But is there a way for their emails to us to automatically sync in the smart sheets comments?

Unfortunately, not built-in.

It would probably be possible with a 3rd-party service.

Also, another way could be to use the Update Request feature and ask them to add/update information.

Would any of those options work?
