How to compute the variance of two percentages?
I would like to compute for the Success Measure Variance of the two percentages. The target success measure is fixed and the actual one is manually inputted.
I tried to subtract them but it will lead to 0 if the actual becomes 95 (meeting the target) but shouldnt it be 100% if it met already?

Have you tried cell with 57% divided by cell with 95% in the variance cell, then format as %?

Thank you but if through only division, when Actual Measure becomes 100, the Success Variance becomes 105%. Sorry I am not familiar with variance but is it possible that once Actual Measure becomes 100 Success Variance becomes 100 as well?
