Pareto Charts in Dashboards
Hello, I have several data sets I'm adding to a Dashboard and need to pareto the results in the charts. The data is entered by traveling employees and the results can change daily. I am new to Dashboards and learning as I go. I searched the community and didn't find a direct formula. Does one exist?

So you're looking for it to automatically sort highest to lowest and be presented in a bar graph on your dashboard?
If so, the easiest way to do that is with a report. Create a new report, select the sheet or sheets with your data, select the columns you want to see, set filter criteria, and set the sort:
On your dashboard, add a chart widget, select your report, and voila! There it is. Set your dashboard to refresh every minute, then when data changes your charts will update within a minute or two.
I then added Andrew at the bottom of my sheet, refreshed the dashboard and the chart put him in the correct spot:
