Interactive Checklist

I am looking at creating an interactive checklist for my clients to use to track their progress. I want the checklist to feed into my master Smartsheet and Dashboard. The checklist wouldn't be a form... is this possible?

Can you describe your process in more detail and maybe share the sheet(s)/copies of the sheet(s) or some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, andree@workbold.com)

Thank you for responding. I was able to figure it out... even though it isn't the prettiest solution. I created a report where only the current user will see their information and can check off each completed task in a dropdown.
