Two Hours Not Loading

Anybody know why smart sheet is not loading. It's been 2 hours

Have you been able to gain access to this sheet? There are a number of reasons why one specific sheet may be slow to load. I would first suggest testing a different Browser and Network to see if this helps open the sheet (see Issue: Smartsheet Is Continuously Loading, Not Responding, or Not Displaying Certain Items).

Then once you have the sheet open, check the Sheet complexity in case this is the cause of the slowness. You may want to break the sheet out into smaller pieces or simplify the formulas/conditional formatting on the sheet. See: Issue: My sheet is slow to load
