Calculate bandwidth for 30-60-90 days in the future

Hello-

I am tracking employees' bandwidth assigned to multiple projects. I use a start and end date plus their % of time allocated. I need to show their total bandwidth at 30, 60 and 90 days to forecast resources. What formula can I use to show their current bandwidth (Today), 30 days, 60 and 90 based on the start and end date range. Thank you.

Are you able to provide some screenshots of sample data manually filled out to show exactly what you are wanting to automate?

This is what I currently have but in Google Sheets. I'm trying to show bandwidth over time as projects start and stop so we can forecast resources. The data are the individual project entries. The yellow shows it aggregated. Thank you for your help!

How is your data currently structured in Smartsheet, and are you wanting these calculations on a different sheet or the same sheet as the source data?

Right now I don't have any data in SS for this. I plan to have these calculations on the same sheet, similar to how it is in the screenshot.
