Cell History/Email showing the wrong person

Hello Smartsheet people, today I noticed some changed a Cell (Deborah) but the name of the person whos tracking the sheet is a different one (Diana).

This spreadsheet I used it to get approval signatures and in case of an audit it could be an issue.

I know for sure the person who changed this cells was Deborah, I received her personal confirmation.

Does any one knows if this is a bug?

I own 384 sheets in my Enterprise, many of which have dozens of editors making changes, and I've never seen a case of Cell History and Activity log showing that a user made a change that they did not. I would recommend running a login history report in User management, and examining Deborah's browser to see if Diana's login info is saved in her browser.

What that cell history is showing you is that someone logged in as Diana changed the cell and selected Deborah from the contact list. The Activity Log will likely show the same thing. If Diana's login has edit access to the sheet, she could select that Approved By contact manually.

That is the issue, Diana didn't logged in. Was Deborah who logged in and selected her own name. Actually I sent her a form to sing it.
