COUNTIFS

I want to count cell range one that has a value of "January" and cell range two that is not a value of "Water". Is there a formula for this? I could do a COUNTIFS and add all the values except " New" but that would be a long formula.

=COUNTIFS([Range One]:[Range One], "January", [Range Two]:[Range Two], <>"Water")
