Total Float Issue

I'm building a CPM schedule for a construction project. I'm trying to have a column showing available float. I'm using the TOTALFLOAT formula, but I don't think I'm referencing the correct cells because it doesn't seem to be correct. Can anyone help point me in the right direction?

Substantial Completion is the ending milestone and I have 83 calender days to work with.

Use your task name column for the value like =TOTALFLOAT([Your Task Name Column]@row)
