Custom Numbering System
I am looking for a formula/set of formula to create a numbering system like 101, 102, 103. Unfortunately the way I need it to operate does not align with the auto numbering system feature.
Using a count(ancestors()) column formula, I am looking for the system to assign the first integer to the level 0 task, and then the 01 would be assigned to the subtasks below it. IE the second level 0 task would be 200, with all of the subtasks being 201, 202, 203,etc.
Similar to a WBS number system but slightly different.
Thanks for your help!

I hope you're well and safe!
How many levels can there be?
Can you describe your process in more detail and maybe share the sheet(s)/copies of the sheet(s) or some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, andree@workbold.com)
I hope that helps!
Be safe and have a fantastic weekend!

Hi Andree -
I found the link below which provides the WBS structure.....https://app.smartsheet.com/sheets/r9MmVgjQPGqgC8Fgwh7fXVfF2jFmjgCxh3mwjGR1?view=grid
What I am personally looking for is only two levels. If the hierarchy is level 1 (as shown in the template above), then it will increment for ALL descendants as 1.101, 1.102, 1.103, etc, for each descendant. When the next level 1 task comes about, the structure will sequence 2.101, 2.102, 2.103.
I dont need all of the "levels" of the WBS as the template has above but rather something a little more simple.
Thanks for your help!
