Print report - Summary Totals not showing on PDF

Hello.

I have several reports with Summary fields defined within the Report file. My question is, why aren't the Summary fields showing up on the printout / PDF version of the report. I see the Summary fields on the Report file, but they never seem to show up once I select the Report to print.

Suggestions?

I encountered the same issue of summary totals not appearing in the PDF report. It appears that the issue was reported back in March 2022. When can we expect this to be prioritized for resolution? Is there a workaround available for the time being?

I created a browser extension and implemented a new PDF generator to solve this problem. You can click here to download the browser extension.

Then click the "SSFeatures" button at the top, and then click "Generate PDF".

Here is an example of what the generated PDF looks like, notice how it has all of the grouped and summary rows:
