copy from one sheet to another sheet as data, not formulas

i have 2 sheets that i am the owner. i have did a copy sheet as new one, then deleted all the data.

i want to copy rows from Sheet A to Sheet B, but i want the data to be values, not formulas.

i have tried and different ways and still copies the formulas.

got any ideas?

soory left out, also tried to do the move and same results

The Move Row and Copy Row automations only copy values, not formulas. Did you try this?

one more question, i have set up a automated to move to my Achive sheet. it works when i have changed any field, but i would like to set it up were i can go into the settings and say move all of my 2021Q1 rows to the Archive file.

criterial field date/Quarter field (2021Q1) and a completion check box.

You could add a checkbox that triggers the move to the Archive sheet, or do you want it to be automated?

Can you describe your process in more detail and maybe share the sheet(s)/copies of the sheet(s) or some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, andree@workbold.com)

i did an automated were it runs at 5:00 am, it worked.
