one more question, i have set up a automated to move to my Achive sheet. it works when i have changed any field, but i would like to set it up were i can go into the settings and say move all of my 2021Q1 rows to the Archive file.

criterial field date/Quarter field (2021Q1) and a completion check box.

You could add a checkbox that triggers the move to the Archive sheet, or do you want it to be automated?

Can you describe your process in more detail and maybe share the sheet(s)/copies of the sheet(s) or some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, andree@workbold.com)

i did an automated were it runs at 5:00 am, it worked.
