How can I have to line items on the same row in my form?

Example Date and Business name on the same row?

Not sure I follow.

Can you describe your process in more detail and maybe share the sheet(s)/copies of the sheet(s) or some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, [email protected])

Answering here as well.

Unfortuantely, it's not possible to have them on one line in a Smartsheet form.

• One thing that could help is the Form Logic feature, so everything doesn't show up simultaneously.
• Another option could be to use a 3rd-party Form service instead.
