Conditional formatting on "At Risk = flagged" is not working
All the other rules are working. Am I missing something? Picture below. Settings have been saved and refreshed.

Hey @Gregory Zalecki
Is the aim of your conditional formatting to apply the red color to the entire row? If yes, row color is applied using the background color (paint bucket). The tab color applies to the stripe of the card in cardview.
Does this answer your question?

Just more details for @Kelly Moore's suggestion. Use the icon in blue circle to format your row.

Appreciate the feedback, but I don't think I explained correctly. I'm looking to make the taskbar in the Gantt chart. It is working on all the "Status" rules, but not when the risk flag is raised to be red.
In the example I show the status = complete and risk flag is raised, but I thought if the risk flag had higher priority that it would work.
