Metric Sheet not pulling/updating data from main data sheet

Good Afternoon,

I recently completed a Data Shuttle import to my main sheet and it was completed with no errors, I then went to my main sheet and everything imported correctly, however when I went to my metrics sheet all the previous filled cells equaled zero. I have checked all formulas and they are correct. I have erased a formula and recreated it and it still does not calculate the value.

It is a "countifs" formula pulling data from three different columns, it has always updated in the past.

Hi Gail Mootz ,

The formula in Metric sheet will get reference the main sheet. In this case, you should check "Edit Reference" range in your formula to make sure whether they point to the main sheet or not.
