% yes in a single column

Hello ,

I am having glitches in what seems to be a simple formula. I have a column called hand hygiene with either "yes" or "No" as the answers.

How do I calculate the % yes's received

I am trying the below formula but seems not to be working.

=(COUNTIF(Hand Hygiene:Hand Hygiene, "Yes") = 1, 0)

Any help would be grateful

Try something like this.

=
IFERROR(COUNTIF([Hand Hygiene]:[Hand Hygiene], "Yes") / 
COUNT([Hand Hygiene]:[Hand Hygiene]), "")
