Info Request Automation Grouped multiple rows in email link
Good morning, I have had this automation in place for over a year and has worked almost perfectly. There has been minor recent changes however and still it has been working very well. Then today, it grouped two rows into a single email. This has never happened before and curious what could have caused this. Separate links are a must for this process

Have you ever noticed there's a slight lag of 1-2 minutes between the trigger of an alert and receiving the alert? From what it seems to me, when an alert is triggered, Smartsheet waits about a minute or so to see if there are other alerts being triggered by the same automation with the same criteria and same notification destination, and if there are, it sends them together. Smartsheet considers these "simultaneous" triggers.
If you add data placeholders (ex. {{Vehicle Make}}) into your notification message, Smartsheet will send "simultaneously" triggered alerts separately, as long as there are 6 or fewer rows involved. For more than 6 rows triggered at the same time, they will be sent in one email and the placeholder fields removed from the message.
