Hello!

Trying to connect Smartsheet to Tableau. It is taking over 170 minutes to execute the query. I am only extracting a sheet from a workspace (35 rows) as a text.

Below are the instructions I am following:

Thoughts as why this is taking a long time, maybe I need an additional connector?

There are a few general troubleshooting steps I would suggest running through. First, check to make sure you're on the most up-to-date version of your browser, make sure your network connection is strong, and try using Incognito mode or a different browser to see if that helps speed up the connection (see: Step 1: Verify you’re using a compatible browser version).

Another potential reason for slow load times can be related to browser extensions (Step 2: Troubleshoot issues caused by browser extensions)
