Hi,
If cell A1 = "yes", AND if cell A2 is any value, return "Complete", otherwise return "Incomplete"
Help with that formula?
Thanks!

Here you go, thry this:
=IF(AND(A1="yes",A2<>""),"Complete", "Incomplete")
The A2 formula just checking that the cell is "not blank" basically

Thanks, that formula is giving me an "Invalid Operation" error. A2 is a date field, does that make a difference?

Hi @tsammons
I hope you're well and safe!
Can you paste the formula from your sheet here?
I hope that helps!
Be safe and have a fantastic week!

Are you referencing another sheet? If yes, what are the ranges?
Can you describe your process in more detail and maybe share the sheet(s)/copies of the sheet(s) or some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, andree@workbold.com)

Thank you, I have shared my workbook with you. The formula is in the Dept. Training Summary Sheet. What I'm trying to accomplish is to show a "Complete" or "Incomplete" for each department based on the CURRENT training week in the "Food Safety Weekly Training" sheet.

Any luck? Thank you @Andrée Starå
