Stumped on formula to result in last column in sequence checked

I have multiple columns each with a check box to indicate the Phase/task is complete.

Example:

Columns with check boxes:

Phase1 Phase2 Phase3 Phase4 Current Phase(used to display current Phase based on boxes checked)

Each phase is checked as it is completed.

I am stumped as to the formula to be put into the "Current Phase" cell based on the last Phase completed.

So if Phase1, Phase2 are checked complete, then the "Current Phase cell should result with "Phase3", since Phase1 & Phase2 are checked complete.

I have hundreds of projects each in a row with these phases.

Thanks for any advise. It's probably a simple formula that my brain is not computing.

IF([Phase4]@row = 1, "Complete", 
IF([Phase3]@row = 1, "Phase4", 
IF([Phase2]@row = 1, "Phase3", 
IF([Phase1]@row = 1, "Phase2"))))
