Help needed on COUNTIFs formula in Summary Sheet

I was creating a summary sheet for my data to count only entries which are showing as "TMU Elevate" under column "Training Program" and those who are marked as "Completed" under "Status" column. Below is the syntax I entered but I keep getting #UNPARSEABLE return. I have tried adding $ too before each column name but same issue I am getting. What is wrong with my formula?

=COUNTIFs([Training Program]:[Training Program],"TMU Elevate", (Status):(Status),"Completed")

    Hi @Abby Cruz

I hope you're well and safe!

Are you adding this to another sheet you call Summary Sheet or in the Sheet Summary section?

If it's the second option, try something like this.

    =
    COUNTIFS([Training Program]:[Training Program],"TMU Elevate", Status:Status,"Completed")

    Did that work?

    I hope that helps!

Be safe and have a fantastic week!
