formula to reflect the phase % complete

I was working with Smartsheet Pro and I did not get the formula down corectly.
Need the formula to reflect the phase % complete. If there are five tasks and only one is done I want to set/calulated based upon the phase as a percentage.

Do you want it to average the % complete for each of the children tasks?
