IF and DATE functions

I am trying to return an anticipated completion date of 2 weeks from date of request if the vendor is existing, and 4 weeks from DOR if the vendor is new. I have a Yes/No column for whether the vendor is new. I can't seem to work this out with an IF function. Any ideas?

Replace the column names with what you have in your sheet (assuming DOR is a date type column)

=IF([Is New Vendor]@row = "Yes", [DOR]@row + 28, [DOR]@row + 14)
