I have create an automated travel process in Smartsheet for our organization. I would like to know how I can link the Smartsheet calendar with an Outlook calendar so I can display it on a SharePoint site.

You can get a Published link from a Calendar View in Smartsheet that can be used to overlay Smartsheet data on your Outlook Calendar.

Hi Genevieve,

I do not see iCal as an option on my tool bar. It only gives me the option to publish to a google calendar. Is there a workaround?

This option is from the Publish icon on the right panel of the sheet:

See: Publish a Sheet, Report, or Dashboard

Publishing is available to licensed users on Business and Enterprise plans, and you will also need either Owner or Admin access to the sheet.
