IF there is text is one row the formula turns on a green symbol in another row - ISTEXT( value ) ?
Hi I need a formula to detect if there is text in "Project Name" row to turn " Step 1 - Step 1 - Upload AutoCAD into CAFM" to automatically turn green.

Try something like this...
=IF([Step 1 - Upload AutoCAD into CAFM]@row <> "", "Green")

That did not work. I think an automation might help here as I really struggle with IF functions :(

How exactly did it not work? Did you get an error or are you not getting the desired output?
The formula above says that if the referenced cell is not blank to output "Green".
