Has anyone created a Smartsheet resource management tool from scratch?

We're looking to create a resource management tool from scratch in Smartsheet as we don't currently have a license for the resource management app. Has anyone built their own tool using basic Smartsheet functionality?

Yes. We have built some RM tools within our core Smartsheet tool.
