I just want to do a simple function IF formula but it isnt working

Hi

I have created the input in these cells via a result of a VLOOKUP formula and now I want to use this cell to create results in another cell via a simple IF formula.

If the cell finds "#NO MATCH" then return No and if not return Yes

Im currently using

and am getting the results in column 2
