Hi All,

Just curious, why are some automation alert looks like this way (picture 1- vertically) and some the other way (picture 2 - horizontal)? Are there any where I can set the format (all vertically) of the email?

    Hi @Emi

I hope you're well and safe!

The main reason for the different Alerts is if it's one or multiple Alerts.

Placeholders will generate separate notifications when using placeholders with Alert or Update Request actions in change-based workflows if six or fewer rows are triggered simultaneously. If seven or more rows are triggered at once, the custom subject and body will be removed.

    Make sense?

    I hope that helps!

Be safe and have a fantastic weekend!

@Andrée Starå Hi! I'm having alot of trouble with this because I need it to be displayed vertically since horizontally the formatting comes out word and is unreadable. Do you know how to always make it come out vertically please? I'm sending 22 columns and the automation is an alert when one column changes..

    Any help would be appreciated!
