Use Smartsheet as Site Survey App

Hello! I am wondering if anyone in the Community has customized Smartsheet and uses it as a form for collecting data during construction site surveys. After the questions, photos, and videos are collected through a form, I would like to be able to generate a custom report with all the details.

Hi there,

You can do that by creating a report (Smartsheet function) based on the sheet in which you are collecting the data of the form. Check out this link: https://help.smartsheet.com/learning-track/smartsheet-intermediate/reports

Hej Andree! Thank you, this is maybe something I am looking for. I want to give my front-line engineers the ability to fill in the form that is then sent to the customer as a pdf in the company format.

You'd need to trigger the creation manually, but it can be for multiple rows, and you could combine it with a Workflow that would send it to the clients when triggered.
