Blanking out "invalid operation"

Hello - i've tried the iferror function but still having an issue with my formula:

="" + (INDEX({2022_Status Range 8}, MATCH([Site ID]@row, {2022_Status Range 2}, 0)))

Please help, thank you!

Why do you have this "" + in the beginning?
