Changing a Licesned User

Hi Team,


Quick question - we have 3 licensed users. One of them will be leaving our business shortly, so I want to replace that user and give the license to another user.

I have worked out how to transfer sheets from the user leaving, but can't see how to move his license to another user.

  • Go to User Management and click the arrow beside the person who is leaving, select Edit user, and uncheck Licensed User. Then edit the user for person you want to be the new licensed user, and check Licensed User.

    Beware one thing that I've run into: unchecking Licensed User also deactivates any web forms that user created. I'm not sure if transferring ownership first helps this situation or not.
