SQL to SMARTSHEET

Hello,
Is there a way to populate SMARTSHEET from a SQL database without using Data Shuttle or Zapier? I need a temporary low-cost solution as we build SAP to fit our needs. If not, is there a way to have SMARTSHEET automatically refresh from an excel file?
Thanks,
Shahara

Data Shuttle and Zapier are the two solutions I would normally suggest in this scenario (see this other Community post: Smartsheet to SQL Server).
Data Shuttle is what would have your Smartsheet sheet automatically refresh from an excel file. Otherwise you will need to manually import/add data from one file to the other.
Cheers,
Genevieve
