Fomula to get multiple contacts in a contact list column with conditions

Hello everyone,

Do you know if it is possible to get a list of multiple contact in a contact list column according to specific conditions ?

Here is an example of what I was thinking about :

In "Métier" I describe the resource team, only one team per resource. I would like for example to get all the contacts within team LP in the highlighted cell. I tried CONTAINS, IF, JOIN, COLLECT but I am still stuck with that formula.

Do you have any ideas or suggestions about this use case ?
