Yes, we have received reports of some Dashboards loading slowly and are currently working on it. Please see the Status page, under "Core Application" then "Dashboards" to check in on the progress: https://status.smartsheet.com/

Hi Genevieve,

Still having problems. Refreshing dashboard is too slow. Getting errors. This is reported on 2nd May 2022.

The specific slowness issue with Dashboards and Reports on 26th April 2022 has been resolved; if you're still experiencing slow Dashboards, I would first run through all the steps in this Help Article: Issue: Smartsheet Is Continuously Loading, Not Responding, or Not Displaying Certain Items

I would specifically check that your Browser is up to date, and test out if any Browser extensions are causing the page to load slower.
