I am not finding "API Access" tab." under "Account" button, Please suggest what steps I am missing?

The "API Access" tab will be under your Personal Settings in your Account, if your plan has access to it:
This will open a pop-up window, with API Access as an option on the left:

I followed the steps but I am not able to see the "API Access" under "Personal Settings".
Please suggest what could be the issue.
What plan type are you on?
In order to generate an Access Token you will need to be licensed on either a Business or Enterprise plan (see: Where to Find Information About the Smartsheet API).
If you have a license on the correct plan, can you confirm if you're on a .GOV account, Smartsheet Regions (EU), or Commercial/Default account?
