formula that calculates the Monday 4 weeks before a date

Hello, I'm trying to create a related formula but I'm not following the logic. I'm looking for a formula that calculates the Monday 4 weeks before a date. For example, if my due date is anytime this week (May 9-13), I want the start date to be April 11. Any help here would be greatly appreciated!
