Master sheet auto update from other sheets

I’m tracking candidates for summer camp. There are 5 camps and 5 hiring managers. Im using forms to collect the data from the candidates to auto populate on a master sheet. The hiring managers want to work from their own sheets for the interviewing process because 160+ candidates for 5 camps on one sheet is too overwhelming for them. Right now the candidate completes the form, their info auto populates onto the master, an automation based on camp selected copies that candidate to that camp sheet. The hiring manager will then interview, make notes and updates on the candidate from their camp sheet. This process has to be as simple as possible because they don't have time. How can I get their updates to copy to the master without having to link each one?
