change cell value to include {{column}} does not work same way as email workflow

I am using a Change Cell workflow to use the same feature of the email workflow of embedding {{column}} into the text.

The same text that works in email workflow does not work in the change cell.

In this example, if the Speed Limit Column is 100 and the Infringe Speed column is 121, the test that is produced should be Exceed speed limit 100km/h, vehicle speed of 121km/h.

I have used this exact text in the Email workflow and it works but it does not in the Change Cell workflow.

Is this a known bug?

It should behave consistently.

You must specify the exact value that you want to input in a cell. At this time, it is not possible to add a formula to a cell, reference the value in another cell, or reference the value in a sheet summary field.

I have updated my question to include the actual Change Cell text.

It appears that given this is referencing another value of another cell that it is not supported.

This should work in the same way as it does in the Email workflow.

@Genevieve P. are there plans to address this?.
