Data Shuttle Mapping Issue

I created Smartsheet DataShuttle workflow but does not look like it updated the sheet when i attached excel file. Not quite sure what am i doing wrong here?

What is your unique identifier column? It looks like either Budget ID# or Event Name could potentially work.

currently, the unique identifier is budget id#, not working. Also tried SID# and no success

Click on the last run date to see the report, what does it say?

Can you show more of your mapping setup? Specifically, I want to confirm that the column called "Admin Only: Budget ID#" on the source sheet is mapped to "Admin Only:Budget ID#" on the target sheet.
