Webhook cant be enabled

Hello. On trying to enable a webhook , I encounter an error like-  

"disabledDetails": "An error occurred during SSL handshake: the peer's identity could not be verified."

I'm not able to find a proper solution for it.

Please help me out with the possible causes and fixes for the error. Thank you.

I personally haven't seen this error before, although it indicates that there is something that needs to be configured with your SSL. I found this older thread on Stack Overflow that may help: Smartsheet - An error occurred during SSL handshake

Hi ,

It turned out that our SSL certificate was invalid, hence the issue. Thanks.
