Hi All,

I am after a formula that will say when column 2 "Recon complete" is ticked the Column 1 "Workflow" will change to "To be paid"

=IF([Recon complete]@row=1, "To be paid","Outstanding")

This formula would go into your Workflow column

=IF([Recon complete]@row=1, "To be paid")

What do you want the field to say if there is no check mark? The formula above will leave a blank cell. Note that you cannot have formulas and manual entries happening in the same column and keep the formula automatically populating.

Let me know if the formula needs to be tweaked for when [Recon complete]=0
