How to Create a Query and Update form in Smartsheet

Is there a way to create a form that queries data from a sheet and allows updates to the data

You would need to use an Update Request.

An update request would come from a specific row. What I am looking for is a way to create a form that you can search from the form through the spreadsheet. So it is a reversal of this process. Any thoughts or workarounds?

You can use CTRL+F for the search, then if you click on the three vertical dots to the left of the row to open up the row menu then click on "Edit" it will open up the row in vertical format similar to a form.
