Optional Templates that were already selected, can they be selected again?

Hi,

I already provisioned optional templates. For some reason they didn't get provisioned but it 's showing as already selected.

Is there any way to reselect them?

I checked in with Support and it sounds like you're currently working with them on this; I would suggest continuing to follow-up there, as you'll be able to share screen captures and more details within that private channel.

Thanks. I spent a long time with Support but we were not able to resolve this.

It seems it cannot be reselected. I ended up doing it the old way before control center - copying the sheets as new and putting in the cell links manually.

Why it didn't get provisioned the first time around is still a mystery. Thanks
