can a work insight be added to a dashboard?

I really like these charts and would like to add them to a dashboard, but I do not see how.

No, currently Work Insights cannot be directly added to a Dashboard.
If you have a minute, please submit your feature request to the Product team by creating an Idea Post in the Smartsheet Product Feedback and Ideas topic here in the Community. This will allow other users to vote on your enhancement idea!
