Check a Box based on Content in Multi-select Drop Down Column

I need a formula to "check a box" (Column B), if Column A (a multi-select drop down column, has 2 or more choices "picked". Most entries have only 1 choice (from the drop down); very few will have 2 more more "picked". Possible?

The COUNTM function is made for this.
I would recommend something like this: =IF(COUNTM(ColumnA@row)>1,1)
