I would like the formula to count number of cellul by Date (by Month) and according condition if ="DD". Could you help me

If I am understanding that you want to count by how many dates fall within a month range maybe this will help you: https://exceljet.net/formula/summary-count-by-month-with-countifs

I am not understanding what "if="DD" means but you could probably add that to the count if.
