I see this question was a "no" back in 2020 but hopefully there is a way now... Is there a way to duplicate an existing Dynamic View? The one I want to duplicate is very complex and I don't want to recreate.
If you go into the settings there should be the option in the top right corner to "Save as New".
Thank you. I found it.
How does this work? Does the new view then show up in the Control Center configuration? Or is it simply living out there in the sheet world?
Is it updating --- when we did this in the past, updates were not picked up by the new view unless it was in the configuration.
@Mary_A Are you looking to duplicate a Dynamic View or a Control Center blueprint?
I hope you're well and safe!
Unfortunately, it will not show in Control Center.
I hope that helps!
Be safe and have a fantastic week!

thanks, yeah, I confused the "dynamic reporting" you can create in the Control Center with Dynamic View the app. My bad.

Me and my assistant are the only Smartsheet support for our company. I am trying to utilize Smartsheets for capturing issues as tickets. I have a dedicated email account for tickets. I am using the form for people to request support. But many times they will send email vs submitting the form. Is there a way to…
I have certain single and multiple select list columns that do not have the "restrict to dropdown values only" checked on the source sheet but in Dynamic View we are unable to add in our own values if they don't exist in the dropdown. This has been extremely frustrating especially when trying to capture new values and…
With in Dynamic View's details panel is there a way you can start to type some of the drop down information to pull up that option instead of scrolling for the right one? See below 'Market' can't type. Am I doing something wrong or is this by design? If by design I vote for an update.
