How do I sed an alert to follow up with a customer 7 days after contact

I want our sales person to make a follow up with a call to our customer 7 days after first meeting.
I tried workflow trigger "When a date is reached and its not working"
Here is screenshoot of one of the things I tried

Remove the condition: if [Paid Trial] cell has no date there will be no trigger to the sales person in the contact column.
